A definitive example of ‘Adaptive Reuse’, XOOX Brewmill has been repurposed from an old factory and a manufacturing unit, retaining 95% of the original facade as well as the original columns and beams. Envisioned to be a ‘live craft brewing space’ the design presents an unhindered view of the brew vats from every corner of the large, extremely versatile space. Wood and metal, exposed brick walls, grey flooring and a colour palette of copper, browns and beige deliver the quintessential brewery experience.
